LADOGA, Ind. - A fight turned into a small riot inside the Ladoga Academy, a juvenile facility in Montgomery County.
Sheriff Luther Blanton said four girls got into a fight and caused extensive damage inside one of the academy's buildings Saturday night.
Blanton says two members of the staff were slightly hurt when they tried to break up the fight.
The four girls escaped, but officers later caught them.
Paramedics took the four girls to a hospital in Crawfordsville.
Sheriff Blanton says the girls face numerous charges.
Lagoda Academy
The Ladoga Academy was a hub of activity Saturday night after a riot broke out. Several students and staff members were injured. Four students were caught just west of Ladoga on Ind. 234, near the Academy. The girls were taken to St. Clare Medical Center and treated.
